The BEST Skill any Realtor can have IS Communication! There is nothing worse than being in the middle of one of the biggest transactions of your life and you’re left wondering what’s going on. I like to provide updates to my clients regularly, even if there is no news to report, it’s important to stay connected. After all, selling your home is a collaborative process.
7) Tell-It-To-Me-Straight
You can count on me to tell it like it is. When your working through a real estate transaction you need to know that what your are hearing from your representative is the straight forward truth. You can count on me to be forthcoming to help you make the best decisions.
